Our experience this past year has proved that outdoor vendor and exhibitor spaces were most visited by attendees. Vendors and exhibitors need to provide their own tables, chairs and tents. Each space is 10 x 10. 

Cost to be an exhibitor is $175

The vendor fee includes: 2 full event general admission tickets OR 4 one day general admission tickets as well as 2 one day parking passes in our general parking lot. Additional tickets can be purchased via a code which we will provide you once we receive and approve your application. OneFest Ltd will assign you a exhibitor/vendor space as per our discretion. 

When your application is received, OneFest will send you the Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Information form. It is a requirement of our festival that this form is filled out completely and accurately and returned to OneFest Ltd at 16294 250th Street Cadott, WI 54727 before we can review your application. 

OneFest Ltd. is very passionate about giving back to our community. One way we do this is by supporting Christian charitable ministries in the Chippewa Valley by providing free exposure at our events. This added exposure could benefit your ministry by connected your ministry to churches, volunteers and donors. OneFest will select up to two organizations to feature this year. 

Guaranteed Blessings:

- Page ad in the festival program (paper and digital)

- Direct link to your organization from OneFest's website and listed as our 2025 Featured Organization

- Booth space at the festival and up to 10 general tickets for your team members

To be considered as one of OneFest's 2024 Featured Organizations, you must fill out this entire application, including the questions below, no later than December 31, 2024. You will be notified of your status for 2025 by February 28, 2025.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Vendor fees shall be received by OneFest Ltd at 16294 250th Street Cadott, WI 54727 OR via online form by July 15, 2025. No applications will be accepted after this. 

50% of all monies paid shall be retained by OneFest Ltd as liquidated damages in the event the exhibitor violates the contract, cancels the exhibit space at any time prior to the event, withdraws from the event at any time or fails to fulfill the terms of the contract. All payments made by the exhibitor shall be retained by OneFest Ltd should the exhibitor cancel on or after July 15, 2025. OneFest reserves the right to reassign without refund any space not claimed or occupied or for which special arrangements have not been made. 

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

All exhibitors must provide a current Certificate of Liability Insurance (minimum of $1,000,000 coverage) listing exhibitor as primary insured and OneFest Ltd AND Chippewa Valley Music Festivals, Inc. listed as additional insured. This certificate must be received by OneFest by JULY 1, 2025. See an example at our website or request a copy from [email protected]

Exhibitor hereby assumes all responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OneFest Ltd, it's officers, members, employees, agents and assigns and Chippewa Valley Music Festivals, Inc., it's officers, directors, damages, penalties, liabilities, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) asserted against or incurred by OneFest Ltd OR Chippewa Valley Music Festivals, Inc. by reason of or arising out of the use, ownership or operation of the exhibition premises. This indemnification shall not apply to any claim or action which results from the negligence or intentional act of OneFest Ltd OR Chippewa Valley Music Festivals, Inc.
